One session
One long session built around your request, to feel how breathwork works one-on-one. After payment I'll contact you to find a time.
Circular breathing with music and my voice. The mind goes quiet, the body lets go, and you finally hear yourself again.
Breathwork is a specific way of breathing that gently shifts the rhythm of your brain and your body. When the breath changes, your state changes. With the right rhythm, music and voice, you move from ordinary thinking into a deep meditative state where intuition gets louder than thought.
The right beat holds your breathing pattern for you, so you can drop deeper without overthinking.
Each goal has its own pattern. The more you repeat it, the deeper you go.
My voice holds the structure of the journey. It anchors you when the breath gets stronger and softens you when emotions rise.
For people who live at high speed and need a space where their nervous system can finally exhale.

In our first meeting I get to know your request and we do a short breathwork. Then come three long sessions, each built around what you need. After payment I'll contact you to find a time.
Collective energy, a shared intention and one journey through breath and music. Groups feel more dynamic than one-on-one work.
Before strategy sessions, during demanding periods, or simply to let a team reset. After 13 years in the UN system, I know high-stress, multicultural teams and design sessions that fit their reality.

Back at the UN I started leading breathwork for my colleagues. Serious people in suits breathed out the tension and came to meetings calm and focused. That's when I understood that the mind needs support in the body.
And when my husband and I moved to Brazil with no contract and no plan, my body became my main support.
Today more than 800 people have breathed with me. I believe everyone knows their own answers. They're just buried under other people's expectations.
You can slow down or pause at any time. I never push. If something comes up, I stay with you.
If you're pregnant, have heart issues, high blood pressure or a psychiatric diagnosis, let's talk first. It's often possible with adjustments.
No. You just follow my voice and breathe. Your body does the rest.
A quiet place, headphones, a yoga mat or bed, a blanket and comfortable clothes. Turn off notifications. I'll guide you through the rest.
That's part of the process. Emotions rise because the body finally has space to let them go. I guide you through whatever appears.
No. Breathwork supports emotional health and can bring clarity that therapy then helps you integrate. Many people do both.
Yes. It works well for workplace stress, focus and communication. Sessions help teams reset and work together from a calmer place.
